BANUK Privacy Policy

Version: 1.1.0 · Last updated: 6 October 2026

This Policy explains what information BANUK processes in connection with accounts and platform use, why it is needed, how it is protected, and the rights and choices available to users.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the BANUK website, partner portal, management panel, and related electronic services. Data processed under separate commercial or financial arrangements may also be subject to the applicable contractual documents.

2. Account and identity data

Depending on your role, BANUK may process your name, mobile number, email address, organization or store name, role, account identifiers, and information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority.

3. Activity and commercial data

Platform actions, sign-in events, orders, inventory movements, deliveries, sales, commissions, settlements, support requests, and material account changes may be recorded to provide the service, maintain records, support security, and resolve disputes.

4. Technical and security data

BANUK may process IP address, event timestamps, browser and operating-system information, necessary technical identifiers, authentication logs, and ordinary security evidence for security, abuse prevention, support, and legal compliance.

5. Purposes

Data is used to administer accounts, authenticate users, enforce access controls, deliver one-time codes, operate platform features, perform commercial obligations, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, produce reporting, and comply with law.

6. Service providers

Where needed for OTP or essential notifications, mobile numbers, email addresses, and necessary message data may be processed by messaging providers. Hosting, infrastructure, security, or payment providers may process limited data strictly as needed for their services.

7. Sharing

BANUK does not sell personal data as a commodity. Information is shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers, professional advisers, authorized organizational administrators, or competent authorities acting under applicable law.

8. Security

BANUK applies reasonable technical and organizational controls appropriate to risk, including access restrictions, event logging, secure transport, administrative access controls, and backups. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention

Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, contractual or financial obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal requirements. Data no longer required may be deleted, anonymized, or archived.

10. User requests

Subject to applicable requirements, users may request access to, correction of, or updates to their personal information and may ask for processing information or deletion where legally and operationally permitted.

11. Cookies and sessions

BANUK may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to maintain authenticated sessions, security, preferences, and core platform functionality.

12. Contract and notice records

BANUK may retain records of applicable agreements and their acceptance, related document versions, official contact addresses, delivery status of material notices, and ordinary technical evidence to the extent reasonably necessary for contractual administration, security, and legal compliance.

13. Changes

The current version and update date are displayed on this page. Material changes to processing or user rights are communicated through the Partner’s registered official email and, where appropriate, through the panel.
